Please do contact us at first if you find any problems with the product, within first 30 days after product received.
How to make a return?
1 The product must be post-marked no later than 30 days from the day you received it, at this time you need to inform us if you want to return & exchange, including your order NO. and the reason you want to return or exchange.
2 The goods should be return in perfect condition in the original packaging indicating whether you require a full refund or exchange. Due to the nature of our products cannot be accepted for refund if the item has been used.
3 After we confirm that you can return the goods by post office, and we will offer an return address. You should email us with a tracking number after your product has been sent out.
4 After we receive the goods which you return, then we will process the refund or exchange for you.
If you are returning item because it is defective, or because of a mistake on our part, please feel free to contact us and we will accept return goods & exchange. Please contact us immediately about the defective and send us some pictures to show the defective item(s).
After we receive the returned item(s), we will need 3-6 business days to process the solution(refund or exchange).
After this time, the refund time-frame is as below:
Paypal account refunds:Up to 48 hours
Credit card refunds:7-14 business days
