Your satisfaction is our driving force. We offer 30 days' return policy. Please do contact us at first if you find any problems with the product, within first 30 days after product received.

How to make a return?
1 The product must be post-marked no later than 30 days from the day you received it, at this time you need to inform us if you want to return & exchange, including your order NO. and the reason you want to return or exchange.
2 The goods should be return in perfect condition in the original packaging indicating whether you require a full refund or exchange. Due to the nature of our products cannot be accepted for refund if the item has been used.
3 After we confirm that you can return the goods by post office, and we will offer a return address. You should email us with a tracking number after your product has been sent out.
4 After we receive the and inspect the return goods, then we will process the refund or exchange for you.

Refunds
We will issue the refund in 3 to 5 business days after we receive and inspect the return. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Usually, it will take you about 7 to 10 business days to receive the refund. When you receive the money depends on the bank refund cycle.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
If you received any wrong/defective/damaged items and want to make exchange or return, please contact us at first and then email us your order details and pictures of the item you received. We will make the exchange or return. Please note that we do not accept any man-made damaged products. 

Order Cancellations
1). Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
2). Orders canceled beyond 24hours after payment confirmation will be charged 15% as the canceling fee.
3). Order cancellations over 3 business days are not accepted.
4). Orders which have been shipped can no longer be canceled.

Please Note:
The buyer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We only accept return by post office.
We do not accept any unauthorized return.
We won't accept any request if the time has been beyond 30 days since you received the products.
We reserve the right not to process the refund if they are returned in unacceptable condition.
